Ryan Milligan Hi! My name is Ryan Milligan. I have lived in North Central Washington now for twenty four years. My family moved here when I was just starting High School and I attended Upper Columbia Academy and Oroville High School. My beautiful wife's name is Melissa; we have been married for five years. I have two sons, my oldest, Devin is nineteen and my son Jordan is fifteen. Some of our families favorite past times is fishing and camping. It is not hard to do that here! If you were to fish in a different lake every month it would take you 10 years to fish in all of the lakes in Okanogan County. Of course 99% of these lakes are located on National forest or public lands here in Okanogan County.
I have been selling real estate now for over twelve years and I really love my job. For the last 4 years I have been specializing in Lakefront property, although every once in a while I will list one of my friend's non-lakefront properties. One of my more proud accomplishments is the statistics of my sales; I have sold over 175 separate tax parcels totaling in excess of $14,000,000.00 just in the last 5 years in a town with a population of 1700. I have been investing in our town both with time and real estate now for quit a while. We have been a part of several developments through out the area. Another area of my past I am very proud of was serving as a City Council member of Oroville for 6 years, it was very educational and I was glad to be a part in helping the economic growth of Oroville. At this time my political plans are put on the back burner so that I can spend time with my family, however I do continue to hold a position on the Okanogan County Health District Board. I have created some terrific relationships with the staff of the OCHD, my hats off to Dave Hilton, Ella Robbins and Laurie Jones for all the hard work they do with the Public Health of our community!
I love this part of the world more than any other. Not to say that we don't love to travel but when it's time to come home, Oroville is our "Base Station". Oroville has so much to offer with little or no worry of natural disasters. I really feel lucky to live here, we have it all: No traffic, great weather, friendly people, beautiful surroundings, and tons of recreation!! We have four seasons that can not be compared any other place! Come on over and see what I am talking about, I think you will agree with me!
