I bought this property about 7 years ago. My plan was to put a log home right down on the river, watch the eagles hunt along the river and have a little horse ranch and retire my days, kicking back on the front deck with a line in the river. This property is 100% usable for pasture land or a moto-trac! I was going to build a barn on the river side of the road close to the log home and a three car garage that I was going to build. There is about 3-4 acres on the river and the other 11-12 acres is across a county maintained gravel road that accesses only one home, Mr. Allemandi's (He owns 2100 acres), the road's namesake. The property is square shaped pretty much.

This is a very Private and remote area but has excellent year-around county maintained access! Low bank riverfront right out of the old west town of Nighthawk, WA. Properties that are riverfront and this usable do not come available very often, they are just not ever let-go-of... for generations. In fact they seldom exist because of riverflow and washouts, mostly due to topography and river bends. But not this parcel, you really have to see it to appreciate it! It is located on a straight section of the river and the riverflow is lazy and calm.
