Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 6, thence South 01°38’37” East a distance of 2650.61 feet along the East boundary line of said Section to the Southeast corner of said section; thence North 01°38’37” West along the East line of said section a distance of 17.53 feet to the northerly Right of Way of Okanogan County Road No. 4510 (Blue Lake Road) and the True Point of Beginning; thence North 01°38’37” West a distance of 313.42 feet along the East line of said section; thence leaving said section line North 79°28’52” West a distance of 2708.07 feet; thence North 59°31’51” West a distance of 451.23 feet to point “A” on the centerline of a private road; thence South 89°31’49” West a distance of 784.91 feet more or less to Blue Lake; thence southwesterly along Blue Lake to a point on the north line of County Road No. 4510 (Blue Lake Road); thence southeasterly along said Right of Way to the True Point of beginning.
Together with that portion of Government Lot 8 being the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter Section 6, Township 39 North, Range 27 East, Willamette Meridian, Okanogan County, Washington being further described as follows:
Together with a parcel of land in Government Lot 8 lying Northerly of County Road No. 4510 (Blue Lake Road), Easterly of the West line of said section 6, and South of Blue Lake. 
Except that portion of land lying Easterly of the following described line:
Commencing at aforementioned point “A”; thence Southwesterly along said private road centerline to the intersection of the Northerly Right of Way of County Road No. 4510 (Blue Lake Road).
