Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 6, thence South 01°38’37” East a distance of 2650.61 feet along the East boundary line of said Section to the Southeast corner of said section; thence North 01°38’37” West along the East line of said section a distance of 17.53 feet to the northerly Right of Way of Okanogan County Road No. 4510 (Blue Lake Road); thence North 01°38’37” West a distance of 1140.33 feet along the East line of said section to the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said section line North 81°20’33” West a distance of 2629.38 feet to point “D”, on the centerline of a private road; thence South 88°26’20” West a distance of 1187.38 feet more or less to Blue Lake; thence northeasterly along Blue Lake to a point which bears South 66°09’33” East a distance of 4192.72 to the Southeast corner of section 6; thence North 88°26’20” East a distance of 1235.97 feet to point “E”, on the centerline of a private road; thence South 83°31’51” East a distance of 2574.57 feet to the East line of said Section 6; thence South 01°38’37” West along the East line of said section, a distance of 298.56 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
