Great building site. South shore location. There are already power and phone lines installed through the property. Most of the waterfront is in its natural state with reeds along the shore making homes for the many diverse waterfowl, and other birds. There is a location on the North east side of the waterfront that is opened up and would make a great location for a dock. (See picture below) Any improvements with in 200' of the shore line require a J.A.R.P.A. permit, as does most waterfront properties in the State of Washington.
